20 Random Questions

Sometimes I get a bit of writer's block, and I think these are fun to try and help find a bit of inspiration. I've been tagged to do a "20 Random Questions" post - so here goes!

What do you plan on doing with your life a decade from now?
I don’t want to plan ahead in too much detail, because things change all the time. I’d just want to be happy and healthy.

Do you support abortion? Yes or No? Give your reasons.
I am Pro-Choice. In my opinion, it is your choice and your choice alone. Not your parents’, grandparents’, politicians’, or a random stranger in front of an abortion clinic being vile’s choice. Obviously, there are a lot of reasons that a person might consider an abortion, and it is not a decision that should be taken lightly. As long as you have thought it through, and had the correct medical attention or counselling, I think a woman should be allowed to have an abortion with no judgement.

Do you support euthanasia? Yes or No? Give your reasons.
Yes. If you would allow your pet to die with dignity because it’s the “kindest thing to do”, why would you allow a person of sound mind, who has clearly voiced their wish to die, to continue living in pain?

Would you rather go back in time or remain where you are in terms of the time of your life?
I’d stay where I am.

Do you like the school you’re going to? Yes or No? Give your reasons.
I’m 24 years old, so I don’t go to school! I hated high school, hated college, and didn’t particularly like University. University time was one of the best experiences, but I hated the lectures and the work involved.

Who was your favourite Disney princess as a child?
Mulan! I used to have the weirdest crush on Shang. Not sorry.

How do you manage your finances? What do you normally spend it on? And what would you do with your savings for the future?
I’m SO TERRIBLE WITH MONEY. Luckily, Dave is such a good little saver, and helps me try and budget better, but mostly to no avail. I normally spend it on beauty products and all kinds of tat. I’d ideally like to be able to save for a house, but fat chance!

Do you still live with your folks?

What do you crave for desserts?
Mint chocolate chip ice cream!

Who are your style icons?
I have quite varied tastes. I love timeless elegance, like Audrey Hepburn, but I also love rockabilly, gothic, grunge and boho fashions. My style is mostly laziness, though.

Would you rather die by fire or by ice?

Do you believe in an afterlife?
If I were to believe in anything, it’d be reincarnation.

What do you fear most about death?
The thought of just…nothing. It’s hard to describe, but the thought of an afterlife of eternal nothingness is terrifying to me.

Favourite countries and cities in the world?
My favourite city of all that I’ve visited is Florence. Venice is a very close second.

Extrovert or Introvert?
A little of both.

Do you own any pets?
I have a cat called Cleo.

Last movie you watched? Did you enjoy it?
Deadpool. Loved it.

Where do you normally shop for clothes?

Last person you spoke to on the phone?
Dave. We had an argument about a towel.

Favourite TV shows?
At the minute, I am super invested in Brooklyn 99. All-time favourites are Parks and Rec, Breaking Bad and Friends.
